Alma Soprano Ice Platinum — three wavelengths, suitable across a range of skin types
At InnaSkin Redfern, laser hair removal is delivered with the Alma Soprano Ice Platinum — a TGA-listed device combining three laser wavelengths in one platform, designed to suit a broad range of skin and hair types.
Laser hair removal works by directing precise wavelengths of light into the hair follicle. The light energy is absorbed by pigment in the hair and converted to heat, which targets the follicle's ability to produce new hair.
The Alma Soprano Ice Platinum is a TGA-listed device that combines three different laser wavelengths — 755nm Alexandrite, 810nm Diode and 1064nm Nd:YAG — in a single device platform. Each wavelength reaches a different depth, which is why the device is considered suitable across a broader range of skin tones and hair types than single-wavelength systems.
At InnaSkin, every laser hair removal plan begins with a consultation. Your practitioner assesses skin type, hair type, and the area you want treated, then tailors the wavelength settings and treatment approach accordingly.
— THE SOPRANO ICE PLATINUM DIFFERENCE —
Most laser systems use a single wavelength. The Soprano Ice Platinum combines three — each reaching a different depth in the skin.

ALEXANDRITE
Targets shallow follicles. Effective on lighter skin tones with fine to medium hair.
DIODE
The mid-depth workhorse wavelength. Suits a broad range of skin types and hair textures.
Nd:YAG
Reaches deeper follicles. Suitable for darker skin tones with coarser or denser hair.
Your consultation determines which wavelengths suit your skin type and the area you'd like treated.
Soprano Ice Platinum can be used across face, body and intimate areas — each area assessed during consultation to determine your tailored plan.

Intimate-area treatments are delivered in private rooms with experienced practitioners. Comfort and discretion are central to our approach.
Three wavelengths in one applicator make the device suitable across a broad range of skin tones and hair types.
In-motion delivery with continuous contact cooling, designed with comfort in mind throughout the session.
A single device covers small detailed areas through to larger body zones — settings tailored to each.
Laser hair removal works through a sequence of sessions — your individual plan is determined during consultation.
STEP 01
Every plan starts with a consultation. Your practitioner assesses skin type, hair type, the area you'd like treated, and any factors that influence wavelength settings.
STEP 02
Most plans involve a series of sessions to allow the laser to target hair across its different growth cycles. The number of sessions varies by individual.
STEP 03
Sessions are spaced a number of weeks apart, with timing varying by treatment area and individual hair growth patterns. Your practitioner will recommend a schedule.
— WHAT TO EXPECT DURING EACH SESSION —
BEFORE
Your first visit includes a consultation and a patch test to assess suitability before treatment begins.
DURING
The handpiece glides over the skin while delivering light energy with continuous contact cooling.
AFTERCARE
Most people resume normal activities. Your practitioner provides aftercare and sun protection advice.
Why a series rather than a single session? Hair grows in three phases — only one of those phases responds optimally to laser treatment. Spacing sessions across weeks allows different hair follicles to enter the responsive phase, which is why a plan is structured rather than ad-hoc.
